VietRPG ("chúng tôi" / "we") cam kết bảo vệ quyền riêng tư của người dùng theo pháp luật Việt Nam (Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP – PDPD) và nguyên tắc minh bạch của Google. Trang này giải thích (VI/EN) cách chúng tôi thu thập, sử dụng, lưu trữ, chia sẻ và bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân.

I. (VI) Chính Sách Bảo Mật

1. Phạm vi áp dụng

Áp dụng cho toàn bộ dịch vụ trên vietrpg.com (trang game, tin tức, hướng dẫn, công cụ nội bộ).

2. Dữ liệu thu thập

Thông tin kỹ thuật: IP rút gọn, trình duyệt, thiết bị, OS, ngôn ngữ, thời gian truy cập.
Dữ liệu tương tác: trang đã xem, thời lượng, tìm kiếm nội bộ.
Cookie & Local Storage: ngôn ngữ, tuỳ chọn hiển thị, tối ưu quảng cáo.
Thông tin người dùng cung cấp: email, tên hiển thị (nếu gửi biểu mẫu). Không yêu cầu tạo tài khoản công khai.

Không thu thập dữ liệu nhạy cảm; không nhắm tới trẻ em <13 tuổi.

3. Mục đích xử lý

Vận hành website, đề xuất nội dung.
Phân tích lưu lượng (Google / Vercel).
Quảng cáo hiển thị (Google AdSense).
Hỗ trợ người dùng & tuân thủ pháp luật.
Bảo mật & chống gian lận.

4. Cơ sở pháp lý

Đồng ý: cookie quảng cáo/phân tích (khi áp dụng banner).
Lợi ích hợp pháp: cải thiện dịch vụ & an ninh.
Tuân thủ pháp luật: yêu cầu hợp lệ.

5. Cookie

Dùng cookie chức năng & hiệu suất; AdSense có thể đặt cookie quảng cáo. Quản lý tại trình duyệt hoặc Ads Settings.

6. Phân tích & Quảng cáo

Google Analytics & AdSense có thể đặt cookie bên thứ ba. IP có thể được ẩn danh. Xem Chính sách Google.

7. Thời hạn lưu trữ

Phân tích: 14–26 tháng.
Email liên hệ: tối đa 12 tháng.
Log bảo mật: 90–180 ngày.

8. Chia sẻ dữ liệu

Chỉ với hạ tầng (hosting/CDN), Google dịch vụ, cơ quan nhà nước (yêu cầu hợp lệ). Không bán dữ liệu.

9. Bảo mật

HTTPS, kiểm soát truy cập, kiểm thử bảo mật, mã hoá truyền tải. Không lưu mật khẩu người dùng công khai.

10. Quyền người dùng (PDPD)

Biết, đồng ý/rút lại, truy cập/sửa/xoá, hạn chế/phản đối, khiếu nại. Liên hệ: privacy@vietrpg.com.

11. Chuyển dữ liệu

Máy chủ có thể ở nước ngoài (hosting/CDN/analytics) – tuân thủ yêu cầu bảo vệ.

12. Liên kết ngoài

Không chịu trách nhiệm chính sách của trang bên ngoài.

13. Trẻ em

Không hướng tới <13; sẽ xoá dữ liệu khi yêu cầu hợp lệ.

14. Cập nhật

Cập nhật khi pháp luật hoặc dịch vụ thay đổi; tiếp tục sử dụng = chấp nhận.

II. (EN) Privacy Policy

Applies to all services (game pages, news, guides, internal editorial tools).

2. Data Collected

Technical: truncated IP, browser, device, OS, language, access time.
Interaction: pages viewed, dwell time, internal searches.
Cookies / Local Storage: language, layout preferences, ad optimization.
User-provided: email, display name (contact form). No public account required.

No sensitive categories; not directed to children <13.

3. Purpose

Operate website & recommend content.
Analytics (Google / Vercel).
Advertising (Google AdSense).
User support & legal compliance.
Security & fraud prevention.

4. Legal Basis

Consent (ads / analytics cookies) if banner required.
Legitimate interest (improvement & security).
Legal obligation (valid authority requests).

5. Cookies

Functional & performance cookies; AdSense may set ad cookies. Manage via browser or Ads Settings.

6. Analytics & Ads

Google Analytics & AdSense may set third-party cookies. IP may be anonymized. See Google Privacy Policy.

7. Retention

Analytics: 14–26 months.
Contact emails: up to 12 months.
Security logs: 90–180 days.

8. Sharing

Infrastructure (hosting/CDN), Google services, authorities (lawful). Never sold.

9. Security

HTTPS, access control, periodic testing, encrypted transit. No public user password storage.

10. User Rights (PDPD)

Inform, consent/withdraw, access/correct/delete, restrict/object, complain. Email: privacy@vietrpg.com.

11. Cross-border Transfer

Servers may reside abroad (hosting/CDN/analytics) – limited & protected.

12. External Links

No control over third-party site policies.

13. Children

Not directed to <13; delete upon valid request.

14. Updates

Updates reflect legal/service changes; continued use = acceptance.
