At today's The Game Awards, the lid was lifted on Star Wars: Galactic Racer, which as I am sure you have surmised is a Star Wars-themed racer. More specifically, it is a "runs-based, high-stakes reinvention of racing born in the lawless Outer Rim of the Star Wars galaxy", to quote the development team at Fuse Games (I am quoting as much as I can, because it is nearly 4am).
"With the Empire gone and the galaxy rebuilding, The Galactic League is formed: an underground, unsanctioned circuit where syndicates bankroll chaos and champions are forged. No Force. No prophecy. Just skill, strategy, and the will to rise."
You can check out the trailer for Star Wars Galactic Racer below. It looks like a lot of fun, and something I will absolutely get my brothers to play with me when the time comes.
Star Wars Galactic Racer is set to arrive on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC next year. Will you be jumping in?
