Large Monster
Dappled brute wyverns that prowl Oilwell Basin. They use their tails to inject gas into the ground and detonate it, then feed on the small creatures that are unearthed. The toxic gas they spray from their tongues serve to weaken prey, which they then finish off with the blasts. Rompopolo are extremely territorial and will readily engage their own kind.

- When facing hunters directly, the Rompopolo will raise its arm in front of its face, then extend it to strike a target in front of it. It can repeat this move by doing it on the other side.
- The Rompopolo will rise to stand up on its hind legs while raising both arms above its head. After a quick pause, it will strike both arms on the ground.
- While poison is being released from its head, the Rompopolo will rise to stand on its hind legs, take a step forward, and release a cloud of poisonous smoke. It will take another step before it stops moving.
- With an inflated head, the Rompopolo will pull back its head and swing it from left to right while releasing a cloud of Poison from its mouth.
- When a hunter is targeting Rompopolo's head, it will surge forward to throw off a Hunter's balance.
- When first attacked, the Rompopolo will let out a roar that can interrupt Hunter's actions.
- While facing its sides, the Rompopolo will let out a roar and raise its tail above its body. After a quick pause, it will strike its tail on the ground. This move will cause the surrounding area around its tail to bubble up, and then eventually explode. If this move is used in an oilsit, the blasts will result in a solid ground. If used on the ground, this move will cause stony rubble to come out of the ground. This move can deflate the Rompopolo's Tail.
- With an inflated tail, the Rompopolo will raise its upper body while the tail thrusts forward into the oil deposit. After a quick pause, the upper body collapses on top of its tail and then causes blasts to surround itself. This attack can blow away hunters when hit directly.
- When hunters are targeting its backside, the Rompopolo will turn its head to the sides to look at them, while raising its tail to the right. After a quick pause, it will whip it to the left, then right. The Rompopolo can do this move with an inflated and deflated tail.
- This is a combo that starts with a Tail Whip followed by a Tail Strike.
- This is a combo attack where the Rompopolo will do a single Tail Whip, pivot its body, and then sweep its tail at a 90-degree angle.
