An artificial monster species created by an ancient civilization and imbued with Ebony Odogaron's power. Guardian Ebony Odogaron cannot reproduce and do not require food, relying instead on Wyvern Milk for energy. They will attempt to corner targets with flurries of attacks from their well-developed claws and tails.

Attacks

Backward Bite -

If a hunter is attacking the backside of the Guardian Ebony Odogaron, it will start circling its tails lightly while facing its sides. After growling, it will turn around to bite the hunter. This attack can throw off a Hunter's balance when hit directly.

Bite -

While growling, the Guardian Ebony Odogaron pulls back its head with its mouth wide open. Then, it quickly surges forward to bite its target. It will pause for a few seconds before following up with a second Bite.

Foreleg Swing

- The Guardian Ebony Odogaron will step back as it raises its right arm behind it. After a brief pause, it will swing forward to attack a target in front of it, then switch to the other foreleg.

Foreleg Swing and Bite Combo

- This is a combo where the Guardian Ebony Odogaron starts with a Foreleg Swing with a Bite for a follow-up move.

Jump and Spin

- While facing its targets, the Guardian Ebony Odogaron will jump to face the opposite direction. It will raise its tail higher than its body and pause for a moment. After a while, it will step sideward as it spins in a 360-degree orientation while whipping its tail. The tail can hit multiple targets.

Projectile

- While on the ground, the Guardian Ebony Odogaron will quickly jump up, releasing a projectile from its mouth aimed at a target. The projectile leaves orange markings on the ground.

Tail SlamProjectile

Tail Slam - While facing a target, the Guardian Ebony Odogaron will pull back its body quickly, lunge forward, and then slide its tail on the ground. Using the momentum from the tail movement, it will do a backflip and return to its original orientation. When enraged, it can follow up with a Projectile attack.

Tail Swing

- While facing away its targets, the Guardian Ebony Odogaron will raise its tail to the right, and then swing it going to the left.
