Spiked Caestus is a Fist in Elden Ring. The Spiked Caestus scales primarily with Strength and Dexterity and for melee characters looking for an extra bonus to damage protection, as Spiked Caestus's Endure ability reduces damage taken while in use.

The Spiked Caestus weapon can be found at the following location: Sold by the Isolated Merchant in Dragonbarrow for 4,000 Runes. [Elden Ring Map here] To get these early from Gate Front: Follow the road East, cross the bridge, then take the left road at the intersection and follow it all the way to Third Church of Marika. (Grab Wondrous Physick to save yourself some time). Behind the church in some bushes is a teleporter, take it to go to Bestial Sanctum. From the Sanctum head South, cross the bridge with a dragon, then go further South for a checkpoint at Fort Faroth (later you can grab Radagon Soreseal here and kill the big dragon outside with your cestus for 90k with a golden foot. From Fort Faroth simply go West and slightly North, following the road all the way to Isolated Merchant Shack.

The only difference between the Spiked Caestus and the Caestus is that the Spiked Caestus weighs 0.5 more and requires 2 more dex, but deals more damage and has innate bleed.
With 60 Arcane under Blood or Occult infusion, Spiked Caestus offers higher bleed buildup than the Star Fist at the cost of lower damage.
