The Fingerprint Set can be obtained by defeating Roundtable Knight Vyke, who can be found at the Lord Contender's Evergaol, which can be found in the Mountaintops of the Giants just southwest on top of a cliff next to the ice lake in the northeast of the region. The Evergaol can be reached by taking a Spiritspring right next to a graveyard up a small hill past the Giant Crayfish. [Elden Ring Map here]

Appears to be based on the Knight Set, which makes sense given Vyke as a Knight of the Roundtable Hold before his corruption, according to this sets description.
The set piece description also alludes to Shabriri, who suggests to the player they embrace the Frenzied Flame to save their maiden, suggesting Shabriri posed this question to Vyke, as well.
