The Twinned Armor can be altered to the Twinned Armor (Altered) to remove the cape.
Can kill D, Hunter of the Dead as soon as you meet him to get his armor set and D's Bell Bearing
Can be given to D's brother (found in Nokstella, Eternal City) as an optional part of Fia's questline. In order to do this, you must have the entire set in your inventory (not your chest), and the armor cannot currently be altered. Otherwise, D's brother will not accept the armor.
